Yahoo has hired a new senior executive to head up its human resources division.
The online company announced today that Jacqueline Reses has been appointed executive vice president of Yahoo's People and Development division. In her new role, which she'll take on starting September 7, Reses will lead Yahoo's human resources and talent acquisition.
Reses joins Yahoo from private equity investment group Apax Partners. While there, she worked on recruiting and retaining investment professionals. She also served as CEO of a real estate software company, iBuilding.
