Efun Technology, a Taiwanese manufacturing company, has seen a steady rise in profits over the last several years through its production of superthin substrates coated with indium tin oxide (ITO), clear, electrically conductive material.
Rumors are circulating that Efun, despite having previously been most strongly associated with Samsung's products, may be supplying its ITO film to Apple, which, as you may possibly have heard, is thought to be producing a smaller iPad to squelch the likes of Amazon's Kindle and other mini tablets.
